Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our services involve professional time and preparation, refunds are limited.

Before work starts
If you cancel before any work has begun, you may request a refund minus any reasonable admin or preparation time already incurred.

After work has started

Once delivery has begun:

• Time already worked is non-refundable

• Remaining unused hours (where applicable) may be refunded or credited at our discretion

 

Cancellations & rescheduling

• Sessions cancelled with reasonable notice can usually be rescheduled

• Last-minute cancellations may still be charged

 

We aim to be fair and pragmatic — talk to us if circumstances change.
